I bought two of these adapters for my heated jacket since the original one stopped working. One of the two is a backup in case the first one fails. I have read on many forums that the Milwaukee adapters were crapping out left and right. Basically you take a charged battery and put it in the adapter and when you push the button to check the battery level you just get one flashing light. The adapter is shot at that point. The Milwaukee adapters and the replacement ones are both manufactured in the same country, take that for what you want. These replacement ones are better than my original one, my jacket is probably seven years old at least, the new ones are similar to Milwaukee's touch up adapter. You can charge your battery with a USB cord or still remove it from the adapter and use your charger. The charger is faster than the USB but the USB did charge all the way up and didn't take much longer. There is a light that goes from red to green when the USB charging is complete. That is a nice feature. It still had the USB out port to run your phone or whatever and there is still the button to push to check your battery level. It is still working great. It doesn't say Milwaukee on it but who cares if it works. Looks and feels like the originals. I would recommend one. By the way, Milwaukee wanted 68 bucks for there's. This one was well worth the money.

it works as a replacment in my m12 heated coat. FYI dont plug this into a coat with shorted wires the electronics inside cant handle it

It works as advertised. Only caution I have is the charging connection is different from my original Milwaukee one. The new one uses the new USB-C instead of the older micro. Not an issue as I simply used a different cable with the unit.

It fits and works on all my M12 batteries. Good enough to charge a phone or a flashlight.

Bought this to replace power supply to my Molwaukee vest. It doesn't work at all. Gives no power to my vest. Unfortunately seems to be junk

Got a Milwaukee jacket without an adapter so I gave it a shot trying this one. For the money it’s a great deal! Worked well and has more options than the adapter I have for my Milwaukee heated hoodie. It fit the cable without anything else needed, has the ability to charge my phone off it on job sites and it’s convenient I can plug it into the work truck and charge batteries over having to use a wall plug in to do it at home if I need to, being able to check battery life is also pretty convenient! I 10/10 recommend if you need one. I can’t say how long it’ll last seeing as I haven’t had it for long but it’s cheap enough.

Works exactly like OEM. Very satisfied. The last one I tried did not function well with several moments of disrupted connection. This unit works! Charging, charge indicator (fuel gauge, if you will..) is very helpful.

For the price I cannot complain it works and does everything it's supposed to. But... And this is from a specific detailed standpoint, somethings I did not like how it was done. But for the price it's not bad. Just like inserting the battery is a bit odd you need to move it around the socket to be able to place the battery in it's place. Another is the battery indecator it's hard to see and or tell how much charge the battery has. Again these are just small things. If your looking for a good deal this is not a bad one.

More features than my milwaukee one. One bad thing... I have to turn it on at the base and in the jacket otherwise does not work... but small price to pay as my heated jacket now works again... important here in Canada in the winter lol

ITS A PAIN TO TUTN IT ON WHEN UTS ZIPPED UP IN THE BACK POCKET..AND WHEN YOU DO HAVE IT ON IT TURNS ITS SELF OFF WHILE USING IT ...I THRU IT IN THE GARBAGE USELESS CRAP

It supplies power from the batteries inserted just fine, but the battery charger does not work, tried multiple cords and wall plugs.
