Smells REALLY nice and leaves my hair feeling clean, soft, and shiny. I also use the "Not your mothers" leave in conditioner, as well as arbor oil in my hair so the entire combination has made my hair feel really healthy, and I definitely notice a huge difference between how my hair feels now vs how my hair felt with other shampoos/conditioners

I love this new shampoo and conditioner !! I normally use bed head shampoo and conditioner and periodically I have used Ola Plex. I started using BedHead during the pandemic, because I had tried all other shampoos and conditioners, at a value price, and found them not to be as great as bed head ..however, I stumbled across this shampoo and conditioner and I absolutely love it. I love the smell ..I love that I don’t have knots in my hair.. I have long thick hair, I also use this on my 6 year old and 8 year old girls and they love it too.. my 6 year old has natural curly hair, so it’s super important to use a quality shampoo and conditioner.. I love That it lathers nicely and I love that when I have my hair in a bun and I take the bun out it smells so wonderful a little bit like oatmeal raisin cookies.. or soft brown sugar sent.. I would definitely recommend this product if you were looking for something that has quality results at a value price ..like I said, it’s even better than bed head shampoo and conditioner :)

As other reviews have mentioned, the scent is DIVINE. It smells amazing. The shampoo lathers so easily. A little bit goes a long way. The conditioner also goes a long way. It makes your hair feel moisturized without feeling heavy or greasy. Shipping was not great. Both products leaked in the package.

I just wanted to write a review after reading so many bad ones. I was skeptical ordering this set bc ppl were claiming the product had changed, smelled badly... I've been using this set of shampoo and conditioner off and on for over 20 years. I just get bored with scents, and like to switch up my products so I use many different great professional salon quality products. This is much cheaper than it used to be but the product is exactly the same. Anyone saying it's changed doesn't know what they're talking about. I used to use this Conditioner with Redken Allsoft shampoo. The shampoo is ok, but it's not an amazing shampoo. Yet there's also nothing I really dislike about it. It's doesn't dry out my hair or anything, but I find a few others moisturize and repair a little better. As far as scent goes these to me have also smelled like an old fashioned oatmeal/gingerbread cookie. However after smelling it intensely trying to figure out the exact scent... I can say the shampoo is a little stronger than the conditioner. I smell oatmeal but also almost a hint of Ginger in it, which if anyone has smelled pure organic Ginger u know it has a slight medicinal smell to it. I can tell it's oatmeal and honey right away, and the other doesn't bother me. It's definitely Not a scent that'll last. The cookie smell may linger a little bit not the Ginger part. The conditioner is just oatmeal n honey. I like using these around the holidays do to the scent. The conditioner is a good solid moisturizing repairing type. My hair is very long, thick, and naturally straight and I dye it about every 4-6wks just for reference. If your hair is severely damaged you probably would do best with a system built for that. If you're dealing with some average damage I think this set will likely work well for you. However everyone's hair is different, so if this doesn't work don't give up.

I absolutely love this shampoo & conditioner. However, if I could critique one thing is the shipping of the product. My first order had the stickers to keep the cap firmly in place so the product didn't leak. My second shipment (and I ordered 4 bottles) however did not and the product leaked...none of the bottles had the tape to keep the caps firmly in place and one of them leaked the product pretty good. I get it. You want to get things to us in a timely manner but to leak the product just sucks.

Surprisingly good – cozy scent and great for both our hair types I paid around €18–19 for the 2x750 ml set (shampoo & conditioner), which is a great deal considering it's currently going for about €25. Price fluctuations like that are precisely why I mention it. I was pleasantly surprised: it smells very warm and festive—strong cinnamon notes, almost like Christmas in a bottle (fitting, since it’s December). Both my husband and I really enjoy the scent, and it lingers in the bathroom long after use. The bottles look nice and feel sturdy. My husband only complained that shampoo and conditioner look almost identical, so he can’t tell them apart at a glance – not a big deal for me though. He works in construction and often has dry, dusty hair (fine, light blond)—this set works great for him. No issues at all. I was skeptical at first: I have color-treated, previously bleached, damaged hair. After the first few washes, my hair felt heavy and greasy—I almost gave up. But that feeling went away after continued use, and now my hair feels healthy and soft without being weighed down. For reference: my hair doesn’t usually get oily. Will definetly purchase again.
