Had a tear show up in the handle after a couple of uses. Contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and take care of me! Very happy with my interaction with this buyer and the wagon is great! Love being able to push or pull depending on what my needs are at the time.

My son absolutely loves the Vevor Army Wagon! It’s sturdy, spacious, and has that cool military look that really sparks his imagination. We’ve used it for walks, trips to the park, and even hauling toys around the yard. The build quality is impressive, and it folds up easily for storage. Definitely worth it for any parent looking for a fun, functional wagon their kid will enjoy!

The wagon itself is okay. I like that it folds up well. The handle that pulls doesn't turn like a regular wagon so it makes it a little hard to steer especially in sand. We took it to the beach and had a small cooler and 4 small chairs and could barely get it through. The basket that the video shows popping right on will not stay on at all and falls off with the jostling of regular use. You can't put anything but a hoodie in it with out it falling off immediately, it just wont hold any weight. I really wanted to like it. There's just too many things that make me disappointed.

Had high hopes when I ordered it, then, reality…. The tires are great. The rest of it, not so much. We bought this wagon a week ago, to haul 7 9week old puppies in and out of our house to their play/potty yard 50 feet from the house, down and up a concrete ramp. The puppies weigh a combined weight of around 120 pounds, which is 80 less than the advertised weight capability. The cart also says the sides are 17.7 inches tall, when in actuality, they are 10. The first to start giving out was the material. The fabric started stretching under the weight of the puppies, and started separating where it folds over the frame. Then, yesterday, we noticed that the cart was getting wobbly, and hard to steer, and the rubber/foam grip stuff tore while pushing. This was due to the front cross brace that the front wheels are mounted to bending under the weight of the puppies. The push/pull handles of the cart worked great at first, but then became wobbly, and the front handle no longer stays locked. I expected it to last more than a week for $80+ dollars, and only using it to haul small puppies in and out of the house. Not sure with the shape it is in if the return policy will cover it.

Like that it folds up well. Holds my 2 small kids and /or other things we have with us. I don't use the sun shade. Too much work for me personally and I dont tend to be out when it's scorching hot. So we don't need it. Weve taken it to the beach a few times and the larger wheels are a great help. Like the 2 options of pushing or pulling the wagon. Also love that the handle is height adjustable. After more than 6 months of lots of use a wheel fell off and the part that holds it on was lost. It still worked with 3 wheels but didn't support bith kids just 1 and was harder to steer. Finally I found the time to research and look up the seller's website and contacted them about the issue. Even with some time past they happy to send me the missing part. It took quite weeks to get it. But they stayed in constant contact to let me know ow they hadn't forgotten my request and were still trying girls to get the part. They came through and now we can continue to use the product with more care this time around. Thank you Vevor for standing behind your product and customers! I would buy from this company again.

The media could not be loaded. Plus 2 more stars as customer service eventually let me return it and I didn't have to pay for return shipping after many conversations. Left 2 stars off for the inconvenience and time wasted......I canceled the order in less than one hour after purchase and even though the item hadn't shipped until a day or two later (I checked the FedEx tracking number and fedex hadn't picked it up yet), seller refused to accept the order cancelation and shipped it despite receiving separate messages to cancel the order. They kept offering to give me a discount on a product i wanted to cancel. But since their customer service is abroad, each conversation took a day and by the time multiple exchanges of "i don't want this product even with a discount, please let me cancel it" happened, the product had shipped. And despite knowing they hadn't shipped it and refusing to cancel it, they also refused to send me money to offset the return fee of over $28.I decided to at least check out the product and opened the package and found that the floor of the product was super soft. There's no way this floor would withstand the weight of more than 10 pounds as even a gentle push caused a dip of about an inch in the floor material in the corner. It felt like they put cardboard under the fabric and the carboard had absorbed some humidity. The metal bars below it might hold over 100lbs but you'll feel every bar on your bottom. Also the Wagon kept drifting to one direction when there was about 40lbs mostly distributed inside it. Driving it was difficult as I had to keep fighting to turn the Wagon. Also as per many other reviews, the bag to hold additional bags keeps falling off if you add a bag with some weight to it (food, water, some clothes) . So you have to fight to turn Wagon, fight to go straight, pick up the dropped bags every 10 to 50 ft. I'm definitely returning this but I'm steaming mad at their customer service where they tried to force me to keep the product by not letting me cancel it even though they didn't ship it for the next day or so.
