I have used other Atkins units that were only probe thermometers. The IR is a good addition. Easy to use

I have tried to change the setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius and can't. What does "To change the °C or °F mode, please press 6 - 2 *four times- 6 " mean? 6 is the IR and 2 is the mode buttons. Pressed 6 & 2 four times, nothing. press 6 and 2 then 6 four times, nothing. Pressed 6 and 2 held down the 2 and pressed 6 four times. nothing. What does the instruction actually mean. Dumb, really dumb.
