Great bag, great brand, great customer service
Have been using this bag as an EDC bag then started using it for camping and other outdoor activities and has lasted until now. A good number of years and extreme use and one of the buckles on the shoulder straps had broke. Trying to find a replacement buckle online was challenging so I emailed 5.11 tactical, to see if they could direct me to a site i could purchase a spare. Got an instant response regarding a replacement buckle. 2 emails later they found a spare buckle in their warehouse and offered to send it to me with no charge. Great customer service and a great product. Would definitely recommend this brand to anyone

Seems to lack a mid torso strap?
Seems to be an all-round stellar bit of tactical kit. Durable, rugged, and spacious. But it doesn't seem to have a second strap for the mid torso in order to distribute the bag's weight evenly across the body. There's only an upper chest strap! I'm no expert but this seems like a bad omission to make if the bag is to be used on long journeys.
