Big long sharp spatula
Very big, bigger than you think. Used for flipping burgers on the bbq, does the job well. Also used for making smash burgers

The bevelled edge makes it so easy to flip pancakes or lift pastry into the pie dish. Brilliant for flipping burgers. A great buy. Easy to clean. Really sturdier made. Love the hole in the handle so it can be hung neatly out of the way. Would recommend.
