Love the mirrors! At first I thought I was getting a pair but they are single. One of the mirrors came with cracked glass I’m sure from the driver. Then I asked for a replacement and they replaced them right away! And they didn’t make me send the broken one back which was really easy for me. They were right on top of it! I saw some reviews of the glass falling out. Mine seem to be solid but we will see. Will update y’all on that!

Great product

I've had them on my truck for 4 years now. First thing, glue mirror glass in like other reviewers say. The chrome is real lightly applied, started rusting after first year. Constant chrome polishing them. One mirror glass, the paint on back side of glass is coming off so mirror looks like crap. It still works tho. They look in place on my 1949 Chevy patina truck. No way would I put these on a show truck tho.

So far I like them. Seem to be well built. Installed very easily. My only wish is if the lower mounting arm was shorter to allow to mount the mirror closer to the truck. They adjust easily and hold their position after driving around. I mounted a piece of rubber between the brackets and the truck and very little vibration. I installed on a 66 c10 chevy

On my second set. Mirror glass fell out in 100 deg weather. Still like mirrors. Solution is to set the mirror head in the sun so the gasket gets soft. Remove mirror and gasket. Add silicon glue to inside of mirror head where the gasket seats. Replace mirror and gasket. They press back in together. Let silicon set for 24 hrs and install mirrors.

This our third time ordering these mirrors. This is the first time we had a very hard time getting the fittings to thread on properly. ??? Very good value and they hold up well. While we had to customize the hardware down to fit our antique....the design is easy to work with. Also, be careful ordering on Amazon now. Their nationwide labor issues are causing massive delays in shipping. Amazon doesn't allow direct email access - so the problems go on and on and on and on........

Pictures tell all. They stated rusting about 6 months after I installed them. They're also very flimsy. They would last on the road. Thankfully mine is on yardart.

Firstly these are great, if a bit big sticky out looking. Was fed up with the original mirrors on my VW camper blowing about in the breeze and giving me a great view of the sky, these are very sturdy and a great upgrade. Bought them from a US seller for £40 cheaper than Amazon list price, as the offered free delivery. I live less than 20 miles from the largest Amazon depot in Scotland, but it was somehow cheaper to fly them from the USA !!!

These are an excellent mirror for the price and only need a grade one education to install lol...however...would be nice if the horizontal tubes were longer so that the mirror stands vertically straight once mounted. If longer , the customer could shorten them as necessary for his individual application and door profile. Mine being a 66 Merc..the top door sill is 6 inches in from the outer surface of the door , so the top tube needs to be at max extension and therefore not a sturdy enough joint at the nut. I'll need to shorten the lower tube that's all..but that brings the whole mirror closer to the truck...not the look l want. Nice little mirrors though...l'll figure it out 😊 And as for the premature rust issues mentioned in other reviews...spray a few coats of clear on them right out of the box...and if the glass falls out and breaks...get a new one made at the glass shop...simple.
