I bought this brand after I was unable to find the Smallfolk brand I had been using. I'm very glad I made the switch! This one is much less odorous and the smell doesn't cling to my son (or his clothes). That's not to say that it doesn't have an odor, it is quite fishy-smelling, obviously. However, that smell is gone within an hour, or so, after consumption. As well, there isn't much of a taste. My boy looks forward to taking this every morning, and will always ask for more. Super easy to administer, too. Highly recommend for any little ones.

There is a very strong fish odor and taste. If your child does not like the taste of sardines then do not attempt this. I regret this purchase.

I always get Mary Ruth products for my child because I believe in them and the quality, however, These omega 3 drops says that it is unflavored, but it has the most disgusting fishy flavor and my child says it's disgusting so I tried it and it was absolutely disgusting. I feel nauseous.

It’s a high quality item for a good price, but the smell and taste of “fish” is overwhelming. I put less than 1 mL in my toddler’s oatmeal and the smell and taste was so strong that he refused to eat it. And there’s no way that I would eat it either :( I’m going to try it in different items like smoothies and see if that helps.
