After using Newby English Breakfast, i have set all other brands aside

This is my most favourite tea.

I’m a long time consumer of these tea bags. While being expensive and a premium product, I’ve always loved the flavour and order ten regularly for several years. I’m very disappointed and not happy with how the recent boxes have been shipped to me - more than once the boxes come in an outer box that damages the tea bag box. While some may argue that this doesn’t affect the individually packed tea bags, when I’m paying lots of money for this item I expect it to be PROPERLY packed and sent to me. Newby’s used to send their tea bags in very good cardboard packing with thermocol around them. I’ve always loved seeing a pristine tea bag box that looked good in my kitchen. But this year I have had this happen to me many times. I’ve tolerated it but now I’ve lost patience - and I’m writing this review to tell Newby’s - even loyal customers like me will expect a refund on a premium product if you can’t be bothered to make sure it doesn’t get shipped with PROPER packing that doesn’t damage the product box. I will update my review only once I see the next delivery is done properly. Otherwise I will have to find a new way to purchase these - I’m not willing to spend so much and get something that looks like it was thrown around and damaged.
