This sea moss is very good. It does everything it says it will do, the price is great, it's easy to take. It does have a bit of a smell so I recommend not smelling it and definitely take it with some juice or something flavored. But the benefits are definitely worth it and I recommend this product!

This is a great supplement. I have been taking it for about two weeks now the results are undeniable. They are definitely helping my recovery from work outs. I no longer feel sore after my hard workouts and am very pleased with my results.
