I ordered these as a test against a brand that carried the same name as the flat griddle I have. You know the griddle that lets us cook all sorts of things conveniently, while tailgating, camping, or hanging on the patio. The price for two of these was a bargain and gave me pause. Would they be made well, thick steel, comfortable handle? In a word, Yes! I found them able to smash burgers, flip fish, toss veggies (and chop a few in half that were to large), and even scrape the griddle nice and clean at the end. The steel is thick and firm, the edges beveled nicely for chopping things on the griddle, as well as scraping it clean with ease when needed. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and believe you will be as well. Great find!! Great product, great price!

These are great for indoor use so you don't have a super long handle in the cook area. Did smash burgers and they worked very well. The wood handles seem like they will last, hope so. Nice edges too. I feel these are a good investment.
