This is the second product I own of same model. This was a gift to my son. The product is very good in terms of water proof and also the blades last very long ( using it for more than 2 years?

Works pretty well. Its my first such shaver, so not sure how it compares with other brands. But certainly does the job. Takes long hours to charge, and there's supposed to be an indicator how remaining charge but that doesn't work. Still, value for money. Not great though.

My disappointment was further compounded by the lackluster customer service provided by Havells. In an attempt to address the issue, I reached out to their customer service department, expecting prompt assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was far from satisfactory. I made over 20 calls within the span of a year, each time hoping for a resolution to my problem, but to no avail. During my interactions with their customer service representatives, I was met with incompetence and indifference. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the issue and request a resolution, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of urgency in addressing my concerns. In the rare instances when a service technician was dispatched to inspect the product, I was promised a replacement, only to be informed weeks later that the same product was unavailable and that I would have to settle for a different model. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only deceptive but also disrespectful to customers who have invested their hard-earned money in a specific product for its advertised features and functionalities. The fact that the same product is readily available on online platforms like Amazon further undermines Havells' credibility and raises questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with the Havells shaver cum trimmer has been deeply disappointing. From the product's premature malfunction to the inadequate customer service provided by Havells, this entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. As a consumer, I expect reliability, durability, and responsive customer service when investing in a product, none of which have been demonstrated by Havells in this instance. Moving forward, I would caution potential buyers to carefully consider their options and weigh the risks before investing in this product or any other offerings from Havells.

Value for money

I don't have much experience with electric shavers, but this one is pretty average. First, it is too bulky and unwieldy and not very portable. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, you don't really feel like you have gotten a shave. You don't get that clean feeling after using this, even after it has removed some hair. Really not worth it. If you need an electric shaver you need to invest in a really good one. These average models are not worth the money or trouble.
