No grains, great meal
Great for digestive system. Low to no flatulence for our dogs. They adjusted quickly to the flavor. My older dog had no chewing problems. Seem to have the correct softness and crunch.

My dog likes it
My 12 year old dog likes it. We're were buying Sam's club zero grain but for some reason they changed the recipe and my greedy dog wouldn't eat it anymore. We're on a monthly subscription because my dog can't tolerate grains. He likes it - he's healthy, has a shiny coat and no digestive issues. The cost is ok.

Highly recommend
Wheat made our dog throw up, and once we figured that out, this food worked great! No more vomiting up meals. I love the natural ingredients. Our dog ate this for about 13 or 14 years of her 16 years of life and up until her last few moths, she was super healthy. Definitely buying this brand again for any new pack members in the future.

my dog likes it
My dog is allergic to grains and beef. If he eats either his paws get inflamed and he itches all over. After trying about 10 different grain free brands over the years, he seems to do best with salmon based blends, but they tend to be more expensive. At last we found this one. It is reasonably priced, he digests it well, and no inflammation. Win, win, win.

Superior Quality - loved by my dogs
My dogs really really love this dog food. They are extremely picky eaters so I had to try many different kinds. Usually, I have to do it up a lot by adding extra stuff. . But not this one - they will eat it dry..

THERE'S SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS FOOD
As a self-proclaimed cat lady, I make sure that my kitties eat the best quality food that the market has to offer. One of the reasons that I fell in love with my boyfriend is because he felt the exact same way about his dog. From his experience and watchful eye (if you know what I mean), he found that Rachel Ray's Zero Grain food line was one of the only types of food that gave his dog a solid break (if you catch my drift). Once things got a little more serious, and I started taking over the grocery shopping, I was appalled when I would go to the store and have to pay $10+ for such a small bag of food. I am a very serious and loyal Amazon shopper, and I felt like it was almost sacrilegious to give in to the grocery store prices. I started searching Amazon for this brand and it very hit or miss for me because I am all about getting the most bang for my buck. After months of begging I tried to steer him towards other brands (including Halo - because who doesn't love and trust everything Ellen Degeneres has to say), and he was right, her stomach never really adjusted (even with the correct procedure on how to change a dogs diet). So back to Nutrish we came! Now my biggest mistake was accidentally buying the Salmon flavor because she ate her food so fast it looked like the bowl had just come out of the dishwasher. By the way - salmon is the most expensive flavor in this line. Our dog is 13 years old and runs around like she's 3 in addition to the fact that she has got to be the sweetest dog you'll ever meet! You can say it's not in the food... but I would have to significantly disagree. So what is the moral to the story you might ask? I guarantee that if you buy your dog the Zero Grain Salmon flavored dog food from Rachel Ray, your dog will never be able to wipe a grin off his or her face. It is 100% worth the cost, worth a try, and worth just knowing that your dog is a little happier each and every time they get to eat it. I mean... it's not like I ALWAYS spoil my dog... only when it counts... and remember was written by a CAT LADY!
