High quality sound… volume control. Microphone can turn both sides..

This headset is a beast. Not sure if you can get a better audio quality. The mic works perfectly with excellent noise cancellation.

Trabajo en un Call Center y estos son los cascos que mejor relación calidad / precio tienen. No le pongo las 5 estrellas porque tienen el mismo defecto que todos: con el uso intensivo que se le da en un Call Center al final siempre se rompen por el mismo sitio: la diadema. Es este modelo en concreto es fácilmente arreglable con algo de celo, pero evidentemente no es lo óptimo. Con respecto a la calidad de sonido es perfecta, y aunque no tienen cancelación de ruido, el micrófono quita bastante ruido del exterior.
