I like to have a range of weights and resistance bands for my workouts just to keep things different and not too routine. This ball has made a great addition to that. If like me you like to work with weights but can't or haven't moved on to the heavier stuff then this is a nice weight to use. I haven't found it as versatile as a kettle bell but I still feel like you can get a good all round workout done with it. Nice quality and has a good rubber texture to feel like you have a decent grip on it.

Ich nutze den Ball regelmäßig für Pilates- und Balanceübungen. Er liegt gut in der Hand, rutscht nicht und fühlt sich angenehm weich an. Durch das Gewicht eignet er sich perfekt, um Übungen etwas intensiver zu machen, ohne zu überfordern. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und der Ball hält auch bei häufiger Nutzung gut stand. Für mein Training eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.
