Perfect in use and good in quality. I recomeneded fully

I ordered my Air fryer from Amazon it took 2 weeks to arrive and was shipped from the US. The voltage for the UAE and US is different. After the first use there was allot of smoke and back vent melted. Then it stopped working altogether. Save your money, DO NOT BUY I tried to get it fixed locally and they said they will need the parts from the US and costs as much as this product to fix. MONEY WASTED

I had the worst experience, buying this product. It caused an explosion in my kitchen and Amazon and the seller are refusing to replace it.

This is an awful faulty product. I plugged it into the socket and it did not work. It is faulty and I have been told I can't return

I waited a while before writing a review as I wanted to be honest about the product after using it for 2 weeks or so. A little background for context: I’ve relocated from the UK to Dubai and we’re renting out here. The landlord has provided an electric hob & oven which are completely inadequate and take longer to heat up than any I’ve used in the past so I knew I needed an alternative. I’ve never owned an air fryer so I knew nothing about them. I researched for hours and hours and this product kept coming up as a 6-in 1 solution with large capacity so I placed an order. As soon as my order was placed, the seller got in contact with me to inform that the product works with 120 V and I will need a 220V voltage converter. I ordered one straight away given this advice and I got the Kodama Transformer 1500 W input 220 v output 110 v (again after tons of research). I confirmed the order with the seller and the item was shipped as soon as I’d sent a message back. I was so impressed by how quickly the seller responded and I was pleasantly surprised that they’d upgraded my delivery so I’d receive my product sooner than the delivery date. The product itself is life changing. This is coming from someone that actually doesn’t mind cooking. You can literally throw everything in and walk away knowing that you’re not compromising on taste or quality of your food, it’s just less hassle and gives you more time to focus something else. I use my Foodi throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks as it is so versatile. I’ve put my microwave away because I’ve found that the reheat setting makes my leftovers taste better. I’m really enjoying using this product. It’s given me so much time back in the kitchen and it’s a bonus knowing that I hardly need to add any oil to achieve a delicious meal for my and my family. Absolutely recommend this product. Also, I shop on Amazon a lot and have come across some good and bad sellers. This is definitely one of the best sellers I’ve encountered. Clear, honest advice with fast delivery and support throughout. This is what customer experience is all about. Well done PALLMALL shop. Amazing product. Easy to use, makes less greasy food and easy to clean. Not as noisy as the other product. Works well making 2 different food in one go using 2 baskets. Also fits in small places.
