amika plus size perfect body mousse

I purchased this travel size in order to sample this product. I have fine, thin hair. This definitely has good hold! And the smell is great, and dispenser is easy to use. They way I use it is applying it to my wet hair, then blowing out with a round brush. I've found it to be "sticky," not so much to the touch, but in that it's much harder to roll my brush through my wet hair when blow-drying. I suppose that makes sense, because it's a heavy-holding product that attaches to the hair strands. Nevertheless, I like the hold but find it a little harder to work with during blow-drying. I haven't decided yet if I'll repurchase, or if I'll go back to my previous brand which is more of a medium hold.

Love my amika mousse! It gives my fine straight hair lots of body that last for 2-3 days, until I wash my hair. It does not leave my hair greasy or sticky. I have been using this product for 5 yrs now and love it!

I decided to try this on the recommendation of my hair dresser. Smells great but doesn’t really keep my hair feeling soft.

If I could give this item a zero I would. Right out of the box the item did not work. A couple of drops were expelled but no mousse. It cannot be returned and I have no mousse. This is by far the worse product I have purchased through Amazon. Update: I contacted the company directly and they sent a free replacement. So I think this makes this company worth your time and a better rating.

Love the size for how much I use of it makes my hair have more volume and texture to it, and the scent is amazing.
