I have been buying name brand Epson ink cartridges and have been extremely disappointed. The minute I install them they were already half empty. I couldn’t be more pleased with these ink cartridges. They installed full and lasted a very long time. I will only purchase these from now on. Great price and great product.

I purchased these cartridges because they had decent reviews and a fair price. I did not realize that they were not made by Epson, nor aware that Epson did not approve of non Epson cartridges. Nevertheless, I purchased them and after receiving, initially only installed the black ink cartridge. It worked great and produced perfect print quality. Three days later I installed the rest of the cartridges and printed one color test document. Worked great. Then, three days later the printer told me that it did not recognize the black cartridge and would not let me do anything but replace the cartridge. After two frustrating days, I contacted the cartridge company and told them of my difficulties. They asked if I had updated the printer just before the cartridges failed. In fact, an automatic update from Epson happened the day before I had tried to print and after the update, the cartridges were not recognized. Well, the seller told me that Epson put out an update that prevented the cartridges from working and that is what caused the recognition problem. They were willing to refund the purchase, but, I asked if they had solved the problem. They shipped me a new set of cartridges and told me how to disable the automatic updates. While, I was willing to pay to have the others sent back, they just told me to recycle them. Well there fix worked and my Epson printer is working again. This company get five stars for their product and customer support. And, Epson, well, they would get a special comment here, but then, Amazon would not publish this review. Buy this product and their other products. This company will back up its product and the cartridges produce beautiful print.

This is the best off-brand ink I've ever gotten. However, Epson's last update made it obsolete and it will no longer work. Even worse, after I bought Epson ink, the blue (cyan) will not print. I'm not sure I'll buy another Epson printer after this, due to the way they handled all of this. A forced update due to the printer refusing to work, no notice that their update would make my ink not work, a lot of hassles surrounding getting support once I installed their ink, and cyan still isn't working. Buy this ink and don't do Epson updates.

I was happy about the value, print quality and that they were easy to install, being secondary market cartridges. Had them installed about 4 months before “low ink” message appeared. These are XL, so I expected them to last at least 6 months, given we print maaaaaaybe 30 sheets of paper A MONTH. When I pop them out, I can hear they are all AT LEAST 1/3 full. The killer was, I did an Epson software update and now they’re not recognizing these cartridges. Following breadcrumbs on line, I tried ALLLLLLL the suggested override tricks to no avail. Epson does update software to make secondary cartridges unrecognizable, so this seems to be the standard experience if an update is performed. I will purchase a set of Epson and see if I can reinsert these later.

These used to be good. The last time I bought these they didn't seem to last as long, which I thought was odd, but couldn't remember how long it had been or how much I had printed since the last ones were replaced. So I bought more because they had always been fine in the past. The new ones arrived, I installed them, printed a small job (54 pages), and thirty pages in my yellow ran out! The other cartridges are half empty now too after one use! I'm giving up on Epson printers all together.

These cartridges work well on my Epson printer. They are also about half the price that Staples sell the same cartridges for. They were also delivered a day early

I bought these as I was about to run out of ink. They were too big for my machine even though they said it would fit my workforce EP 2860 printer. They do not and now the time has expired to send them back. Company got in touch with me and was very sorry that they did not fit my printer. They reimbursed me the full amount so this company is a very reliable company to work with.

EDIT: Although this item didn't work for me, the Seller reached out to make it right and gave me a refund. So 5 stars for customer support! Original review: This didn't work with my HP printer. The black cartridge worked okay - the print quality was reduced somewhat, but it worked. But when I replaced the color cartridges, the printer said that "a non-HP chip was detected" and that they were non-compatible with the printer. And it wouldn't print at all.
