I got this to put behind a desk my husband is using in the basement of the house we are temporarily renting so he can do video conferences without a furnace and water heater in the backgound. It will work fine for this purpose and at some point I will probably reappropriate it as decor and put in a corner with a large houseplant in front of it. The wood is inexpensive and lightweight and the stain is a single, somewhat uneven, coat, but you shouldn't be expecting fine furniture at this price point. It is stained, but not sealed or finished and the wood is a little rough. It fits a rustic and natural decor vibe and I like that it isn't fake wood laminate. I will probably take some fine grain sandpaper to it at some point and put on another coat of stain and a coat of matte poly or tung oil so it is easier to dust and looks a little more living room-worthy. The color is a medium neutral brown, that should go fine with cool modern decor schemes.

this is a much higher quality item than i anticipated. that being said, i would not put it to the test with large rowdy dogs or small rowdy children. finish is kinda nice. perfect for making a sleeping niche in a studio. i'm gonna get another one. Edit: Yep, I bought another one. Really fast shipping. Arrived in great shape. 2 of these make a very stylish bed nook in a studio apt. One screen worked ok, but 2 screens did the trick. I was worried that the paint finishes might not be exact as I order one a long time ago and the second just arrived, but they are identical screens.

This partition is being used for neighbor privacy. Set it up behind my loveseat on my balcony patio to block their view. The slats very fragile like lathing strips. A couple were slightly dented, but that's going to happen. The price is right. Love the way it looks.

I needed a small room divider and this one works great. The color looks rustic and stands up well. It comes fully assembled which is wonderful.

Cute room divider. Thin and flimsy. Does the job for me. Do not recommend use around children or pets (I can see how it would break easily). Good for the price for a backdrop for online meetings. Easy and lightweight. I fold up and lean against wall when not in use. No issues.

This is a little bit lightweight, Finn, and what I would normally describes flimsy. But for my purposes, and in a space, where you don’t have to move, it very often, it seems to work just fine.

If you are looking for a cheaply made room divider with poor quality wood that arrives in need of sanding and painting, this product is for you! I was so disappointed when it arrived. It had clearly been packaged before the paint had fully dried, causing the cardboard and plastic packaging to stick to and ruin the wood finish, which was rough anyway. Then to top it off, the return process was such a hassle that I wound up keeping it just so I could provide the review to hopefully save some of you the headache. We were already in renovation mode so what was another bit of sanding and painting, but for those who were expecting a finished product for almost $80, this isn’t it.
