Q: The description states "clamp-type back insert" but the photos show side screw terminals. Does switch have both the back insert and screw terminals?

It only has the side screw terminals. Sorry for the description. We will fix that soon.

Q: I want to run a vanity light, bath fan & fan light all separately. The vanity light and old fan (no light) were on their own 14/2 w/ground circuits??

The switch consists of 3 single pole switches combined into one switch body. In order to control the vanity light, fan, and fanlight separately, you will need to have 3 separate load wires. The vanity light will go to a single-pole, the bath fan will go to a single pole and the fanlight will go to a single pole. If you have further questions please contact us.
