Great tool for my lymphedema
I have Lymphedema and my PT recommended I use this on my feet. It is so durable, and functional to roll my feet over and stimulate the fluid movement in my feet. It's a great tool to have, and I have used the small ball inside for massage. Its great to use at night after a long day up on my feet, as it massages and hits just the right pressure points. The ball is made of a good quality material and although it comes apart when you try, I have never had it pop apart when I am using it as a rolly ball. Great value for the cost. And I highly recommend it for anyone with sore feet after a long day.

A genius invention and incredibly effective!
This is a useful little tool and very effective too. I was diagnosed with pes planus after several years of dealing with foot pain. I recently saw a physical therapist for some relief. He gave me several different exercises to do, massaged my feet, and suggested I buy marbles to pick up with my toes to strengthen my arch. I made a lot of progress during my 2 months of PT and got some measurable pain relief. I was able to be on my feet all day with significantly less pain at the end of the day. Did I mention that I am an ER nurse and work grueling 12 hour shifts? I found this little ball while researching ways to strengthen and massage my feet. This is genius! I roll my feet over it, and split it in half to stand on different areas of my aching feet. The little ball stored in the center is useful as a tool for pressure point massage and it doubles as a marble sized ball to pick up with my toes thus strenthening my arches. I can’t say enough good things about this little Neuro Ball! It appears well made and I expect it to last for years to come. I highly recommend it. My only negative comment is I thought it was overpriced at $25.00 but $30.00 is laughable. I hoped it would go on sale for black friday or after Christmas but the manufacturer raised the price instead. I was going to buy another to keep in my bag and use on breaks at work but the price deterred me.

Buy this if you're having foot pain or stiffness
I had bunion surgery about 6 months ago. The bunion is gone, but my foot still hasn't fully recovered/adjusted. My trainer recommended I try this ball to loosen up the tendons and ligaments in my foot. I purchased it and from almost the first time I used it, my foot is much more flexible and, for the most part, the pain is gone. I'm going to continue using it to make sure nothing tightens up again. I'm 70 years old and I feel like the more I work to maintain my body, the better off I will be. Mobility is so important. This ball isn't the cheapest one out there, but it's really well built and will last a long time. It's easy to use and you have the option of using the complete ball or half of the ball.

Smaller than I thought it would be....
I am NOT affiliated with this company nor am I being compensated in any way for this review. Just want to put that out there first and foremost. I don't usually trust the glowing 5-Star reviews and read the 1-Star reviews to decide if I am going to purchase something. I am so glad I tried this crazy little ball though. This little ball is smaller than I thought it would be and also pretty darned expensive for the size, but Oh My Gosh is it ever worth the cost!!! I don't pretend to know how it works, but I stood on this for about 15 seconds at a time and just kept moving my feet around on the two halves and somehow it eased the ache I have had in my upper back/neck area and the subsequent headache that I have had for weeks now. The pain is not completely gone yet, but it is so much better and manageable now! Don't kid yourself, it hurt to stand on these and some spots more so than others, but it was absolutely worth it. I've heard if you take care of your feet, your whole body will react, but I didn't really believe it would be like this. I can turn my head again. How is this possible? I put them on the tile floor in my kitchen and held on to the counter and the island for balance. I would not be able to just stand on them without something to hold on to with both hands as I have a balance disorder, but because they are small, the experience wasn't bad at all. Don't let the cost deter your from getting this little ball. You can always send it back if you want to, but try it. I can't believe how well it has worked for me already and I have had it less than 24 hours.

Feels Great on the Feet, with added bonuses
Great Massage ball, I like the overall density and construction. It does take a bit of effort to separate the halves, but can be easily done by prying them open with a butter knife. Having the ball split in half is fantastic for rolling the feet, because you can put your full weight on the half-ball at odd angles without worrying about it rolling away. The texture also feels amazing on the soles of the feet. In full sphere mode, the ball can be used for other muscle groups such as the shoulders, and the texture gives the added bonus of feeling good on the skin compared to a smooth ball./ The black ball inside of the big sphere is really good for releasing smaller muscles, I love to use it on the palms, forearm extensors, and tops of the feel. The size makes the black ball makes it easy to lose, so having it fit inside the bigger ball makes it much easier to keep track of. Overall a great product from RAD Roller

Physical Therapy Review: A phenomenal and versatile product
Hi I'm a doctor of physical therapy. I ordered this item to see how it can benefit my clients in my rehabilitation program, the Pain Free Academy. I'm amazed by the durability and build of the product. I find it to be particularly helpful for those who sit long periods, or have a standing desk and stand and sit for long periods at work. The ball can be split into 2, so rolling out the foot with the ball gives neural input to the brain and spinal cord, which can alleviate foot tension, calf tightness, sciatica, and even low back pain. You can also use the smaller ball inside for heel or hand pain. Although the concept seems simple, and you may be wondering why not just buy a lacrosse ball or tennis ball? But the ridges give extra sensory input, and you can split the ball into two which makes it that much more versatile and you can treat both limbs bilaterally at the same time. I currently am using the ball as we speak! I don't have a ton of leg tension as I take great care of my body with exercise, but it's a great tool if you are feeling leg and back tension OR if you want to prevent these things from occurring. Desk sitters and standers (that's almost everyone nowadays)...grab your neuro ball! Dr. Jason Won, PT, DPT, OCS

Wakes up the feet
This feels so good on my poor feet. I don’t know yet if it’s helping my plantar fasciitis, but it definitely wakes up my feet. I like that I can use it whole, rolling, and split in half. It’s like two devices in one.
