Top of the line
Hestan are definitely the best pans to cook with. Expensive but 100% worth every penny. Definitely recommend

Great pan, finally a 5-quart pan with long handle
This is a great all-purpose pan and it's very hard to find a 5-quart pan with a long handle. I have been looking for years, to be honest. The material seems great, I like the recessed rivets. I wish the handle were shaped differently, however. This will be used mainly to make brittle, and the handle is a huge help to pour it out one handed, but the shape is too thin to hold it as securely as needed with 300-degree brittle being poured! The price was a factor as well, I have a nice coupon code to get it more than half off. But I would have paid full price just for the size and long handle.

It's Hestan Quality
I purchased this to go along with the set of Hestan Probond stainless pots and pans I bought for my wife. These are quality constructed, great looking and heavy duty.

Very nice but expensive even on sale. Lowest price so far so I took a chance. Was better than I expected. Recommended.

Beautify and solid pan
Really beautifully built, solid and works great for all kind of recipes, truly multipurpose. Love that the rivets are flushed, no food accumulating there! The only con maybe is the handle, it is a bit narrow and if the pan is on the full side, it's hard to tilt it as I feel there is not much width to apply torque with 1 hand... but with 2 hands, the opposite handle makes it a breeze. Overall really happy.

I cook daily and from scratch with real ingredients. Just another part of a fabulous set of cookwear. I needed this pan.

Heats fast and even
Showed up in time for holiday party and got immediate use. Need to keep these pans clean, but they do a great job on the stovetop.

I really like this wok! It heats quickly and evenly, making cooking so much easier. The build quality feels solid, and it’s the perfect size for everyday meals. Great for stir-fries and versatile enough for many dishes. A wok I’m glad to have in my kitchen.
