I recently purchased the G.R.O.W. Coaching Cards and they have been an excellent addition to my practice. Although I don’t offer formal coaching, I do a lot of 1:1 work and supervision, and these cards fit perfectly into that space. They are easy to use and well-structured, making them ideal for both beginners and those already familiar with coaching approaches. I have started integrating them into my supervisions and 1:1 sessions, and the impact has been noticeable. The cards help guide conversations, spark reflection, and create clarity for the supervisee. They aren’t just beneficial for the person facilitating, they genuinely enhance the experience and growth of the person you are supporting. Definitely a great buy.

Very helpful, smart pack of cards that I’ve found useful in my current coaching course. This was recommended by my coaching seminar lecturer so thought I would give it a try. There’s some helpful advice included within the pack of cards. Overall, they are good quality, presented nicely and give a professional feel when using them with clients/staff, as a visual tool.

Really helpful tool for coaching sessions and preparing for my End Point Assessment.

I’m a new coach and I’ve found these cards really helpful. They give me fresh ideas for how to frame questions and move the conversation forward, especially when I’m practising the GROW model. The questions are thoughtful and go beyond the basics you see in most online lists. During a recent practice session, I spread a few cards out on my desk to glance at between stages, and it worked perfectly. I’m even planning to stick some on my wall with Blu Tack in my home office so I can see them at a glance when preparing sessions. They’re well made, nicely designed, and the prompts genuinely make me think. A really good investment for anyone building confidence as a coach.

These are a great set of cards for any level of experience. Coaches who are just starting out will find them useful as they develop their own question sets and they are valuable for more experienced coaches as they can act as a challenge to ensure that questions are kept new and fresh. As a coach with less experience of using the OSCAR model I found they helped me to become more familiar and confident in using this approach in sessions. If I had a stretch question it would be wondering how the set of Tips included could be improved? Give them a go!

I added these cards to my coaching toolkit a few years ago and they have been really helpful when running sessions. The questions as described are slightly more advanced and may be challenging to employ to less experienced coaches. The quality is great as can be seen in the picture even after years of use they are in good condition.

These are a perfect addition to an existing toolkit if you’re using coaching within your organisation. I have used these in a variety of ways - from 1:1 coaching conversations where they can either serve as a handy reference pack, to ensure your questions are as insightful as possible or to let the coachee use them and choose questions they want to answer. This is a really helpful activity as you can then explore the reasons behind the choices made. I facilitate a lot of workshops and they’re a handy starter activity to get conversations going, as well as a handy plenary at the end. Highly recommend.
