This mask works very well and is made well. Plenty of gel. Fits comfortably. Eye holes are placed well and large enough for my face. Stays cold for a long period of time. It's perfect.

So comfortable, great product

I have not used this mask for heat, so disregard this review if you want to read about a heat mask.I like this mask. Like others have written, it loses it's coldness quite quickly. For about 20 minutes (which is the time they specify you should keep it in the freeze for) it gives you a solid 5 minutes of great, genuinely cold cooling sensation and then maybe another 10 minutes of just being a bit cooler before the heat of my face returns it to a normal temperature. It's comfortable to wear with a slim strap. It does however include a warning to not leave it in the freezer, which was a little disappointing because my ideal mask would be one that I just leave in the freezer and pull out whenever I need it; this mask is more of a 'put it in the freezer when you need it and wait 20 minutes' type product. Still, I am glad I have this product for days where I wake up with a hangover or whenever I get a migrane

You can use as a hot or cold mask, I have only used as a cold mask and it kept cool for a good amount of time. It is made very well and covers a decent amount of your face.

For me, applying this mask straight from the freezer is NOT a good idea. This lead to extreme pain. It remains weird to me that the instructions on this page currently say: "For a cold compress for eye pain, refrigerate or freeze eye mask for at least 1 hour before use." I cannot imagine anyone being able to bear this after it being in the freezer.

A different mask enabling one to put in the fridge to use as a cold compress or 15 seconds I bthe microwave for a heat compress. The cold one worked wonders for my eye issues. It allows you to soothe while still being able to read or watch TV.. it has a nice wide strap so as to wear rather than lie flat on your face. Love the fact that it's an easy fix plus being affordable.

I purchased this product because I get painful and allergies in my eyes and these provide instant comfort .they're soft with different texture on each side. They stay cool for quite a while, they're comfortable to use and wear. I think the price is very good and I found them very convenient to keep in my refrigerator
