Really easy to assemble Instructions clear and easy to understand Looks good in our patio

I’m gonna give this five stars for a couple of reasons. I will state outright that the Wood was very straight, and not warped. I ordered two, and only one of the posts had cracks in it. We put in wood filler and will stain it later. I am very familiar with all types of Wood, and a very experienced woodworker. This was a purchase which we made to facilitate a design in our garden. I was not interested in spending significantly more money for something that could withstand a bomb. That said, this is a very high-quality product, and the price is extremely reasonable in my opinion, given today’s market. All of the pieces were pre-stained and went together just fine. I took my time digging the post holes and making sure that the measurements were correct, and everything work just fine. I will tell you that the first one that we bought we assembled from the bottom up. It took a little bit of finagling to get the very top members to screw in to a line, but it was still fine. The second one that we assembled a week later was Pre-assembled and then fit on the top. Do not tighten all eight of the long bolts before the top is on. It’s wood, it will move just a little bit and everything worked out perfect. It comes very well packaged, and if it is damaged, it is because of the shipping company and not the seller. It comes with stain for any mess ups or nicks or anything that you do to it. One of these was an entrance from our lawn into our garden area, and the other one was close by with a hanging bench underneath it. It is not strong enough to support a hanging bench, but we took an additional 4 x 4 cedar post, and slid it across the top, where it is resting on top of the other two posts, and we drilled that post into the existing arbor. The hardware hangs on our 4 x 4 post not this one. It is not a swingset for a child, it is meant for two adult adults to sit on and look and enjoy. It is a great purchase! I am not going to give it four stars because of a natural crack in the wood, because it might’ve even happened during shipping. Wood will split due to various reasons, and I believe that their process for quality control is sound and that they are not delivering crap to people.

Was a little dinged up but they sent some stain to help cover up the spots that needed it! It is just how I pictured it in my yard. Very pleased!

I’m amazed of how easy it was to put together. Materials are good quality and pre-holes line up no problem. We received cracked poles due to delivery. I contacted manufacturer via email and new ones were sent immediately. Price is right for what you’re getting. It’s well made, looks good and no need to hire a professional 👍🏻 overall 10/10.

Enjoyed assembling this sturdy cedar arbor. Blends well with our craftsman architecture and frames a garden pathway.

Putting in the posts is the key. That takes a long time, especially in Virginia clay, but it's worth it. Once the posts are in, assembly is easy. I highly recommend it.

The structure of this arbor is beautiful. I have had it for 2 years now. The wood is holding up ok but the finish is striping off. I will need to restain or paint it this year. The wood is not top quality so I'm not sure how long it will last.
