Love the taste especially since there is no dyes in it. Great packaging and texture.

It is recommended to add about 1,400mg of apple cider vinegar to your daily diet, BUT not all in one dose and not without 'The Mother'. This product contains 500mg. per gummy and has The Mother, so 3 gummies per day gives you want you need. For my part, it did help with joint and muscle stiffness (with exercise), as well as a medical problem caused by inflammation, starting after about 3 or 4 weeks of taking this 3 times a day. The ONLY thing I have to say that is a negative is that this product is also available by Walgreens, (their own brand), and the Walgreens gummy tastes MUCH better. This product tastes OK, but the Walgreens taste is so good you have to remember NOT to have more than 3/day. As far as EFFECT, get which ever of those two brands are the better price for the moth. RECOMMEND BUYING.

I've always want to try these apple cider vinegar (ACV) gummies but never saw the right price. Sports Research was having 2 for 1 sale and I took that chance. I have been taking these for about a month now and eating 2 gummies once a day. I have definitely felt a difference in terms of my digestion. It gave me a more consistent digestion cycle. The one thing to remember is that these are only a supplement for a healthy lifestyle. Solely taking these will not help you lose weight. I do intermittent fasting and take these as soon as I start my fast, usually before I go to bed. I have not seen much of a weight loss, but it has decreased my sluggishness in the morning and also keeps me less hungry during the day. The two gummies are small and easy to take. There is no taste of the apple cider vinegar but as soon as you open the bottle you can smell the ACV. The bottle is small and you can take it anywhere if needed. These have the texture of the DOTS candy and taste a little fruity which makes me look forward to eating them. I would definitely recommend this as a supplement to an active lifestyle, improve digestion, and build good eating habits.

Bought this in the past and I have been taking it daily and like it the reason for the low review /stars is because when I reordered it this time the bottle is slightly opened (the sealing is partially opened not sure if it is ok to use it because of that) unfortunately, we can't replace this order.
