The bag was very nice but the packaging was very disappointing. It was very flimsy and therefore barely no protection for the bag particularly as it was sent from the USA to the UK.The shoulder strap had been tied in a small loop so creating a lot of folds to it. I wasn’t expecting a dust bag but considering the price I would have expected a lot more padding and care taken to protect the bag.
