Epicurean Specialty Truffle Seasoning with Parmesan & Black Garlic

This is my third time ordering this seasoning and we use it on almost everything. The balance is perfect — sweet, savory, and deep umami without being overly salty. The truffle, parmesan, and black garlic all complement each other instead of one overpowering the others. It’s fantastic on meat, amazing on roasted vegetables, and it completely upgrades popcorn into a gourmet snack. I’ve also sprinkled it on potatoes and pasta with great results. Pro tip: because of the fine texture it can cake a bit in the lid. For a more even shake, turn the bottle upside down and gently loosen then re-tighten the lid about a quarter turn while moving it over your food. It distributes much more evenly that way. Will absolutely keep buying — this has become a pantry staple in our house.
