Great product!
Very easy to assemble and use. The only cleaning issue is the pot that the melted chocolate sits in does not come off for cleaning. Would reccomend as it was a big hit at my grandsons birthday party. We used Wilton pro chocholate for fountains. Easily heated in microwave in the bag.

Fun party gadget
Had this for our daughters party and thought if it was pain to clean I was going to toss it but it did great and was easy to clean!

NOT worth a star. product is a FAIL! it Did Not melt chocolate waste of $60
An absolute embarrassment at a baby shower, it did not melt the chocolate after being plugged in for 2 hours. Absolutely disappointing and waste of $60.00

Works well
This unit worked well. Very easy to assemble. Super easy to clean. It was a little louder than I would have liked but not unbearable. We used it for the first time at my daughter's birthday party and made a queso fountain to go on the nacho table! It was a big hit! My biggest complaint is that it did not keep the cheese warm. The until does have a heat function, and when you touched the based you could tell it was on and warm but it wasn't powerful enough to keep the cheese warm.We are super excited to use it again for bbq sauce with tenders, hot sauce with wings, gravy at Thanksgiving!!!

Baby 👶shower
The 1st time I pulled it out and went to use it it was for do you say it was for my daughter-in-law's baby daughter-in-law's baby shower one of the legs on the bottom was broken 1 of the legs on the bottom was broken we made it work for the shower but then I returned or but then I returned it really cool return policy the cool return policy I just put it back in the Box and and took it to Kohl's and they returned it for me and they returned it for me and I got a brand new 1 that's perfect. It works great for a chocolate fountain we had all different things out we had all different things out to dip in.
