Delicious! So glad there’s an affordable and tasty gluten free mix. The brownie mix is one of the best brownies I’ve had. So easy to make. Just mix with milk and melted butter. I add chocolate chunks in too for extra indulgence. Ready in 15’mins in the air fryer. Love that no egg is required too as I have an intolerance to egg and many gluten free cakes in shops still have egg.

Great taste, and texture, very straight forward to make, not very moist, didn't rise much.

EXCELLENT!!!! I made these for a friend who can’t have gluten. I added three large bananas, 50g vegan margarine and some vanilla essence and cinnamon. I made them as muffins rather than a loaf. They cooked beautifully and tasted delicious. They puffed up very nicely in the oven. I wish I’d also popped a bit of cinnamon sugar on top before baking but I will do this next time.

false advertising no banana in it so it basically a plain bread mix it might as well be called raisen bread or coconut bread mix as you need buy and mash bananas yourself and could easy use raisens or coconut instead

My own fault for not properly acknowledging reviews or ingredients. This is just the sweetened flour and raising agent. You add banana, butter, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon (hilariously gives a list of other customisable ingredients like caramel and chocolate chips that it also doesn't include!). Bit of a let down.
