very durable! My daughter uses this to take lunch with her to college and loves it. She is rough on everything and this is keeping up with her. Easy to clean and looks cute too. Highly recommend

Bought this for my husband to take to work. It’s microwave and dishwasher friendly. Easy to use. I love that it has a vacuum seal so the food doesn’t go bad that soon. It’s pretty spacious as well. The bento lunchbox case is a must have with it and has a lot of space to even fit water bottles and another container!

love the bag, the material is sturdy, love the extended straps. size and design is nice but still could have been just a little bit higher and wider, maybe another 2 inches in height and width. just my opinion

A little hard to unzip until you get the hang of it.

I've used this for several lunches so far and it's working nicely with keeping me bento box nice and cold. You never want room temperature meat. I'm currently using the company's bento box so it obviously fits but there's about a snug inch worth of room inside so check your bento boxes measurements before ordering. There's also a good amount of headspace so I can see it holding a second single tier or soda can. The fabric is stiff enough so that the recessed top can be used to hold half your bento while munching on the other.

It's a perfect lunch bag. Light and handy. Easy to use and clean as well.

Works for carrying your lunch to work and then putting into a fridge. The top is a little difficult to zip but I never bought the bento boxes so perhaps they would fill it out and help with functionality. Seems to be holding up even after washing. The quality of the product is a good value for the price.

Perfect for lunches. I use it everyday and keeps it cold for a good amount of time. Fits all my needs.

My bento box fits perfectly the bag and also has room on top for other items. The bag is thin enough to fix in my backpack. So makes going to work a lot easier when not having to carry around a lunch bag. I have had bag for 4 months and it still looks like new.

Looks smart, perfect size with bento box plus room to add at the top. Very easy to clean and well insulated. Excellent customer service from Bento Heaven also.
