A phenomenal short dart pistol
I picked up the mk2 after its recent price drop. At $80 I thought it was a bit pricy, but at $54 it's a much more compelling purchase. Pros - Shoots hard with the right ammo. Using Bamboo 2.0 darts, I was getting about 135-149 FPS . That's basically the same as a Nexus Pro or Aeon Pro, but in an unbelievably tiny package. After modifications, I got that to 155-165. - The prime is surprisingly light and smooth for such high power. I was expecting it to be much more difficult than it was, similar to the Aeon Pro. But I'm actually able to prime it while holding it up to aim without having to bring it close to my body. - This easily has the best build quality of any blaster I've ever held. That makes sense given the original price point, though. - Most comfortable grip of any hobby-grade pistols. It feels almost as good as a real pistol, like a Glock or Sig Sauer. - The included accessories are actually useful and well-made. I would never have expected to get such a good holster with a dart blaster, but here we are. - The speed loaders work much better than I anticipated. Sometimes they jam up a bit, but I chalk that up more to human error than anything else. Cons - No pictatinny rail for mounting sights. I would have liked a little something on the top of the blaster to maybe put some cheap iron sights on there, but I can somewhat understand why there isn't. The blaster is so tiny that any rails would have likely been felt while priming, which would make it less comfortable to use. - This thing seems really picky about ammo. As stated above, I'm getting an average of about 155 with bamboo 2.0 darts, but if I use any other short darts I get closer to 120. While Bamboo 2.0s always get higher velocities, it's usually a 10-15% at most, not almost 30%. I tried various modifications to fix this, but nothing seemed to alleviate this massive gap. - There really isn't much potential for improving the performance here. The plunger tube is small and there's basically no dead space between the plunger and back of the dart when primed. You can improve the plunger seals, lube, and seal up the barrel to gain 15-20 fps, but anything beyond that isn't worth it, IMO. You'll be making some aspect of it worse for limited gain. - The trigger has a tendency to not trip the catch or be otherwise kind of wobbly. It's not a big deal, though, and there's a fix from Haphazardly named over on Printables that works great. - I really feel that they could have made the grip a bit longer and fit seven or eight darts. Overall, I'm very happy with the MK2 and I'm glad I picked it up. I love powerhouse pistols and this is probably my favorite one so far.

This thing is so accurate!
I didn't know what to expect as this was my second nerf gun in life. The first one was $10 dartzone nitroshot+ and it's fantastic! SO, i did some research and got this one. I like how compact this is and feels great in the hand. What i didn't realize how powerful and accurate can these nerf guns can be. Here's a video of me aiming at a quarter from about 20 feet distance. I have also successfully and consistently been able to hit soda cans from 35 feet distance. The nerf gun is fabulous to use, shoots with some serious power and is pretty accurate! I am impressed!

Real good, but something's off
Well my Dart Zone Pro Mk 2 is real good, it offers the pro-level power and accuracy that I expected from a blaster from Dart Zone with this price. When everything is all together the blaster shoots very well with great accuracy. The stripper clips have worked consistently well as long as I'm not rushing the reload too fast. I've had minimal jams using good and like new worker short darts. The holsters work very well for the clips and for the blaster itself. There is a small problem where if you load the blaster and then holster it, the loaded dart will fall out. At least it will stay in the holster, but it's not too easy to remove. It's a small problem, I overcome this by loading it up with 6 then shooting one out before I holster it before a battle or game. But there is one distinct issue, and that's with the 'Muzzle brake' or barrel extension. I would recommend using the blaster with the 'muzzle brake' because without it, there is a distinct drop in accuracy. My problem comes when I'm shooting with the 'muzzle brake' on. It attaches fairly well, but not well enough. When shooting it will sometimes get shook loose and isn't on completely flush. Then, the darts I shoot through the uneven barrel are very unstable and wobbly. This is a primary aspect of the blaster, and it's something I don't have a perfect solution for. I have to readjust the 'muzzle brake' frequently when I'm shooting so my shots are reliable and accurate. Otherwise, it is a great blaster that performs well and is fun to shoot. Just for reference- I've used Worker half-length darts and Adventure Force half-length darts, all in good condition.

A lot of power in a small blaster!
Our son is an expert in the foam dart blaster game and convinced me to get this for him. I thought no way it has the power of the larger blasters. I was wrong. This thing is surprisingly powerful for the size. Only complaint is it loads from the top so you can't just drop an empty clip and slap in a new one. Still a great "sidearm" as my son calls it. Totally recommend for Nerf War fun - just wear eye protection!

Looks great
It shoots hard and takes all variety of the half length darts. It can jam, but not often. It's not the fastest to get all the darts out the barrel, but good as a side arm. The prime strength to output ratio is awesome, even kids can use it well and have fun. It is about average price for this brand. It looks cool too

Dart Zone is the best in the industry!!!
I've had sooo much fun with these guns. The pro series MK 2 has an amazing loading option that allows you to have a realistic feel and trigger hold. Truly an amazing pistol that will win any battle ! Well worth the price ! If you like nerf you must try Dart Zone. It's now the superior brand I'm every way. They make legit blasters that are actually accurate.

Durable and accurate
Great blaster! I shot this blaster 7000 to 10000 times before needing a part or two replaced (which they sent you for free). Its perfect choice for plinking in between Fall Guys rounds. I'm a golden dragon for reference.

Dart Zone has done what the modding community has wanted and produced blasters that are tricked out to what modders do, and want. This is a very small, HIGH POWER, very accurate dart blaster. The mechs, the loading, the speed loader, and quality, it's all top notch. The muzzle I figure I would never use, but it actually increases accuracy. This is such a beautiful thing lol, I can't stress that enough. People have complained of the price. I paid around $100 on sale (Canada). Lets look at the alternative, and the amount of work and parts to mod a hand blaster to similar fps, and costs involved. Then factor in with the MK2 that you also get two speed loaders, a holster, and a loaders belt holder, and what those similar products would cost for the modded other blaster. If you view it as the whole package, the value is definitely there IMO. Not to mention this thing is a monster straight out of the box. Despite how well it's made, much like the Nexus Pro and Aeon etc (Adventure Force walmart brand is Dart Zone), there are modded improvements for sealing it better, so be sure to check out the various only vids in relation to this to tap out the most from this blaster, it's minimal work. Everyone is excited to see this level of blaster coming out, and I can't wait to see what else Dart Zone has in store. This is such a great blaster!
