Very good omega 3 , no fish taste and excellent quality and value .

I’ve been taking Sports Research® Omega-3 Fish Oil 1250 daily for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the supplements I actually stick with. I was looking for a fish oil that was easy to swallow, didn’t leave a horrible aftertaste, and actually delivered on quality — this one checks all those boxes. Right away, I noticed that the soft gels are easy to take, and I don’t get any fishy burps afterward (which is a huge plus for me). I take mine in the morning with breakfast, and it just feels like a simple, consistent way to support my overall health.

While I like taking one pill per day vs two - these are horse pills lol. We can handle it, but not our preference. No fishy aftertaste at all. No side effects. Packaged nicely and quick shipping. They are priced good as well. I will be a repeat customer, just wanted to warn buyers of the size as some people may have difficulty swallowing such large pills. ThereBeen taking this fish oil for a few months now. Fits easy with my morning walks and pills. Softgels go down smooth, no gross aftertaste like cheaper ones. Two a day with breakfast. Joints don't ache as much after 20k steps. Head feels clearer too for work emails. Nothing wild, just works quiet. Lemon keeps it from smelling off. Decent bang for buck. Solid for staying on top of health.
