Stunning but bring your patience
This is absolutely stunning. Instructions are a little odd if you’re not used to putting up lights this definitely is on the tedious side of light projects. That said so worth it. When I got it I almost returned it for a replacement, several of the glass balls were busted and the top layer of the box was missing 12 balls. Then I went through and counted out that I had all I needed still so I went forward on building it. That said about 5 of the balls had some good chips out of them however the way it hangs you cannot see it. Night one it took us 1.5hrs to get the light plate up and Night 2 we worked on the strands 8pm-3am only because of all the up and down it took on the ladder “we have a 20’ ceiling” and my hands kept getting cut up. I tried to use the gloves they gave but it was two slick to get the metal mounting piece through the hole in them. In the end totally worth it, if you have the patience, a little experience in putting these types of projects together, a bit of time and are okay being detailed in your work I highly recommend this gorgeous light. As far as the main plate mount goes, the wiring harness is one of the easier ones I have installed. Getting the plate lined up on the pegs that stick through did take a minute when working above my head. We love it this light and with the bulbs that change color and can dim it’s so extra festive and pretty. It fit our entry way perfectly

Worth the price and the effort
This light is just as everyone says, more beautiful than the pictures show. We are glad we read the other detailed reviews about using additional security screws. We didn't have any problems with broken or missing parts. This took my husband about 30-45 minutes to install the light mount. That includes trimming up some pieces and finding those additional screws to secure this better to the ceiling. As far as the actually crystals go we found the instructions and organization to be very user friendly. The process was tedious. We thought we would just get started, maybe work on it for thirty minutes or an hour, but once you start you can't bring yourself to stop. We enlisted the help of our kids, and they did great. I HIGHLY recommend having this be a group project. My 6 year old removed all the crystal balls from their packaging, no small task, and then would give them to me when I was ready for them. My 16 year old untangled the wires, and my 12 year old would take each finished strand to my husband on the ladder. I put all the crystal balls on the end of the wire hooks, my fingers were pretty sore by the end but it's not like I needed Band-Aids or anything. Working together with all 5 of us we had the light completed in 2.5 hours. We all started by wearing the gloves to avoid getting finger prints on the crystals, but we took those off about 15 minutes into the project as they were slowing us down. If the sunlight hits the crystals directly and you're standing right next to the light then you can see smudges. Otherwise this is high enough on the ceiling that none of that is noticeable. I will say that when we had it all completed, and it was just before midnight, that I was giddy with how beautiful it looked. However, in the morning I was unpleasantly surprised to realize I forgot to take into consideration the sunlight that came through our front window in the morning and that our entire entry way was filled with rainbow colored lights all over our wall. The effect of this light fixture went from classy to tacky. However, once the sun rose a little bit higher in the sky the disco ball effect passed and our walls cleared up. So now that will be an added bonus, a fun little morning party for whoever is awake early in our house. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. The amount of light this puts off is quite high. So if you have an option to buy low watt bulbs I would definitely go that route. I did some serious price tracking of light fixtures similar to this one and from various companies and I found this fixture and amazon's price to be the most competitive. There were some other fixtures I liked better, but they were 2 or 3 times more expensive. And this one does the job perfectly, especially for the price. Good luck to anyone who buys this! Be sure to read other people's reviews for additional tips and tricks.

Best Chandelier for Foyer
Looks stunning. It took nearly 4 hours for fixing the chandelier. I got smart ecosmart lights from home depot with color changing option. Spending 4 hours was worth for this. Removing the strings and attaching to the fixture was the complex and tiring job. But worth it.

Indeed a great product
Many reviews stated this is a beautiful chandelier with good price. Indeed! It is indeed time consuming to put it on. It took 5 hours for me and handyman to work together. Use a scaffolding is very necessary. I read one review to suggest buying small hooks. It is an very wise advice and I bought this hooks, link here, Shappy 300 Pieces 0.55 Inch Small S Hooks for Hanging Mini S Hooks Connectors Silver Metal S Shaped Wire Hook Kits with Storage Box for Jewelry Tree Tags Crafts DIY Hanger Ornament Hook https://a.co/d/hJnZ203, and hanging the tiny key chain like ring on the hooks on the plate. It saved at least one hour effort. I bought this light in 2018 and waited for 5 years in 2023 eventually decided to get it on. I do not know if new versions has the hanging box plate, but year 2018 version do not have the plate. The instructions advise to use the drywall nails in package to fix the plate on ceiling. I do not think it is a good idea. My handyman drilled two holes on the chandelier plate to fix it to our existing metal box which is intended for heavy nights. If new versions do not have the plates, I suggest you do the same. This light definitely need to be fixed to a metal electric box. It takes time but the results is rewarding. The crystals used in this product are high quality glass, not the cheap plastic. This makes the final looking very high end looking. Hope this helps. I reviewed others comments prior installation. They are very helpful. Here is my paycheck to those. :).

beautiful when finished, but......
HEADS UP: This may read negatively. Not meant too - this is a lovely piece and there is nothing difficult, other than you need a little patience. I tried to drop in some challenges/tips so if you're not familiar you can plan ahead. It's a cool finished product, you'll love it. So, this review is for the fixture made for a tall foyer type application, as it hangs down about 7ft. it's very pretty, and installing the light is simple enough if you've installed a light before. Couple things - making the electrical connections and mounting the base - its a lot easier if you have an extra pair of hands because the base is very wide. If not another person, maybe something tall enough you can set it on or lean it against. Also, unless you have a considerable length of wire in the ceiling box, you are gonna need to make some pigtails. As I said, easy if you're familiar, doable if you're basically a novice, but those tips will help I think. Now, the crystals......... This is where I took off a bit from the stars. Honestly, I probably could have taken off more because this takes a LONG time to assemble, and if you're in a 2 story foyer you're either on a ladder or scaffold; You just aren't doing full assembly on either of those. So, another pair of hands - again really helpful. The wires that everything hangs on - they are in little packages and wrapped together - you have to untangle them. Patience is a must. you can do the longest packages (E and F) up on the scaffold, but there is gonna' be a space challenge untangling the packages of 5 and 6 wires along with attaching the crystals and keeping everything hanging straight. Didn't say any of that to discourage anyone - just plan for several hours and some help. (a hint: think about untangling wires on the ground and then passing them up to someone on the scaffold or ladder. we used hangers - one wire on each and put the crystal on up on the scaffold. you could also put the crystal on and send several up at once - however you do it, think about keeping them untangled and get a little head start before you get up there) One other thing about scaffolding - if you've not worked on it before - think about where you put it relative to the light, as well as the height of the platform relative to the length of the fixture. It needs to hang or you're gonna' have extra challenges keeping it from tangling. (I had to hang mine inside the scaffolding - I couldn't work around the fixture. Which meant I had to dis-assemble the safety rails from around the fixture - 2 extra pair of hands is really helpful for this.) None of this is hard. unwrapping 212 (or something like that) separate wires and attaching the bottom crystal and hanging it on a fixture 19ft in the air - tedious and again - time consuming. But, it looks good, and it lights really well. Speaking of lights - I wish I would have gone with the programmable/addressable bulbs that you can have change colors. I think it'd look really pretty in red/green for christmas, etc., but it'll be a while before I'm hauling out the scaffolding again just to change the lights - looks plenty good in daylight white. (it goes without saying - put in LEDs. Not cause you will save energy or keep heat down - although you will - but cause you are gonna want those long-lasting bulbs up there.)

do not get caught like I did without some type of resolve
If I could give it a zero star I would. I bought this a few weeks ago and it took a little time to schedule a contractor whom had experience with a fixture of this type. Got it all installed to notice that the top sphere is separated in half with the bottom half inverted. It's as little hard to see in the picture however the bottomed two spheres are in the correct shape so I am inclined to assume that the installation was correct. I am trying to contact the seller and guess what... neither have they responded or has Amazon been able to really help since the order issue window is closed and Amazon didn't have current seller information. I will keep this updated as I find more. This fixture took a very long time to hand and is very complex, do not get caught like I did without some type of resolve. UPDATE: No resolve to date. I did hear from the company who said they would send new crystals that were not upside down however I have not seen anything and they have since stopped communicating. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I am sure it looks amazing if it was not defective however since it is one massive project to hang it is not worth the risk. UPDATE: I did get a replacement sent to me a while back, just have not had the stomach to get it installed. I did have one comment telling me that it was installed improperly. IMPOSSIBLE: Everything other than the top sphere lined up perfectly... how else could it have been hung to ensure the bottom half of the top sphere lined up?

Worth the Time & Effort
I am so glad i went with this light. it is super gorgeous and lights up the entire hallway!! Let me tell you the trick that will save you tons of time. First assemble all the lights and lay them out throughout your house. i started with F and worked my way to A, it made it so much easier to install. i just handed it to the electrician and he clicked it in. this will save you time and money. I ended paying $100 to install instead of $500 plus because i prepared each string myself. the nice thing is you only have to add the crystals on the bottom, the small crystal are already on the string, so it'll save you time also unlike some of the others sold on Amaon

Great look
Nice product and added elegance to the room. Attached picture for reference. Only issue was strings needed replacement and was sent but had to wait for arrival. Would advise seller to provide some extra for all packages just in case.
