Used these molds for strips of baroque shortbread cookies. Saw these molds on the sprinklebakes.com website for an earl gray shortbread cookie that was just beautiful. Sure enough, these were a highlight of the holiday cookie tray. You press the dough into the mold, freeze for a few minutes to hold the shape and then bake. Really awesome and look beautiful chocolate shortbread too. Will make these all the time.

This worked perfectly for my Harry Potter themed book cake. The curly pieces are definitely tricky to work with. I used lots of powdered sugar to make sure the fondant didn't stick and pressed very firmly to get all the details. My only nit is I couldn't figure out a way to get the edges clean without using an Exacto to trim around the shape so that was a pain. But I don't see how you could get around that with a different mold, as you need the flexibility to easily release the fondant. This mold is super high quality, easy to use and seems made to last.

Easy to remove clay from molds. The crown is off center of mold, didn't realize it, but is clearly shown in photo. Because of this that one is not usable for my project. Bummer, cause that is why I bought the set. I am keeping because I do like the others.

As described

Its just okay. Its hard to get the crests and more intricate details to show up using fondont or gum paste. Really important to coat the mold with shortening before if there is any chance of removing it. It is also much smaller than I thought, even looking at the dimensions ahead of time. Its not very useful and don't think I will be using it for many of my orders.

I used these molds to embellish memory books. They are perfect because you can make them fit any size project. Easy to remove the product from the molds. Beautiful!

funcionan muy bien tanto con fondant como con chocolate, tienen varios diseños y el molde se siente de calidad. Solo hay que agregarle un poquito de maicena para evitar que se pegue el fondant o el chocolate.

This product is not deep enoughh to make accurate moulds . They are not sharp in definition and therefore they do not act as proffesional moulds as promised
