I want to order this but it says $12 when I click on another option but then $30 when I click on this option. What is it?

Amazon is advertising the $12 price. However, their product will not be in stock for 2 weeks. The other $30 options are 3rd party sellers that have it in stock now.

Does the scale of bingo match the bluey that comes with the trash truck? ours didn’t have the bingo, so i’m considering this set.
