Works well, easy to pit on when there isn't restricted movement in your shoulders, not very comfortable though. The straps need a pad to reduced friction under the armpits

All in one great product ,best back brace for bad posture.it enforces me to change my habits.it’s not for those who want instant results,the came slowly at least 2 weeks of use as described. Easy to wear it’s helping me a lot in getting my posture back . It’s helps me to keep my shoulder straight while I work on the desk. Wearing 20 to 30 a day. The armpit pad helps a lot and it’s invisible and adjustable as well. I Would highly recommend . Thanks

Good well made product

Tried for a couple of weeks on my kids while they are glued to the screens.I give 5 stars for what it is. But! Do not expect miracles.1st of all, it doesn't do work for you.The way it works is, you can still hunch while wearing it, but! Because you put it on quite tight, if you Do hunch, it begins to cut in under your armpits and rides up onto your neck - which in turns is annoying AND THAT makes you straighten up.Kind of gives you a signal by annoying you.And that's what I liked about it. Makes you aware of what you are doing and makes you actually use your body awareness and makes you do the work instead of relying on the brace to do the work FOR you.

What is this product actually supposed to do??? Had to give it 1 star which is more than it deserves. Complete waste of money. Didn't improve posture or provide any support. Don't waste money on this product!!

quite difficult to put on

Bought for myself to help with my posture . Seems to be helping with stopping me from slouching and causing other problems that a bad posture causes . Is slightly uncomfortable when wearing for a long time .
