Works fine for my s80. I change my oil every 3k miles so I can’t speak about how well it would hold up on 10k synthetic oil changes. But it fits perfectly (which other off the shelf types don’t for my T5) and comes with a new seal (again not all off the shelf ones do) so it’s a win in my book.

Cannot beat the convenience. So much better that driving to and waiting in a forever line at the overpriced local auto parts store.

Like all cannister filters it's a bit messy to remove and you REALLY need that OEM Style filter wrench to get the can off... Which has nothing o do with the very decent quality of this filter... I've purchased it twice and both times a quality filter with new o-ring... Old filter did it's job, no issues... Why pay more... as good as OEM

This fits the filter housing like the original MANN filter does. I read a complaint from another user that said it doesn’t. I found it to be equivalent to the OE filters in fit. The filtering paper probably doesn’t capture as small a particle as the OE.

First time Volvo owner. Interesting way the o ring fits to the oil cup and also the drain plug.

This is the only brand that I've used for my 2006 Volvo XC90 so I can't say I've got anything to compare them to. They work as they should.
