We purchased these to help curb jet lag on a trip overseas. These melatonin tablets really helped us to get a good night's sleep, which assisted in the adjustment to the eight hour time difference. We appreciated the low dosage and felt comfortable giving these to our children, who had never taken melatonin. I had stayed away from melatonin after experiencing nightmares in the past, but I took these tablets for three consecutive days and did not have any issues. My son doesn't take Melatonin anymore, but when he did this was the only brand I would buy. I actually wouldn't use the whole 1mg, but would split them in half. Worked just as intended and the only brand melatonin I'll ever buy.
