I absolutely love this tea! I have drank it though both pregnancy. I truly believe it help me heal after my first, hoping it does the same with the second due any day. I have drank it in between my pregnancy and when my monthly came back after the my first was born it was as regular as could be which I have never had in the 20years I've had one. Plus it made my monthly very easy, little cramping and a normal amount of flow. It taste great with a little bit of honey. I have recommended this to so many people including my sister and niece who have really bad monthly.

When I first purchased this tea, it was because I was experiencing long, heavy menstrual cycles. I was hoping it would make my period tolerable, and maybe shorten it. Unfortunately, it didn't have any effect on my period. I couldn't tell you whether or not it helped with cramping, because I rarely dealt with that to begin with. However, my daughter recently started getting her period (she's 11) and she was experiencing cramping. I told her to try drinking this tea. She drank three cups per day and stopped complaining about her abdomen hurting. So I'd say it works well for that. In March, I saw an excellent OB/GYN about my periods, and it turns out I had PCOS. In June, I had a total hysterectomy. Even though I no longer deal with periods, I still drink this tea because I found out something wonderful it does for me: it alleviates my IBS symptoms. I've struggled with IBS ever since junior high, and it wasn't until I started drinking this tea that I noticed my bowel movements regulated and I'm no longer having intestinal cramping. Upon doing research, I discovered this is one of the benefits of this tea! I'll probably always have IBS, but thanks to this tea, I no longer have to suffer from it. Some time ago, I discovered a great way to prepare tea: in a coffee pot. Yes, you read that right. I place one or two tea bags inside the filter where coffee would normally go and do everything else the way I would with coffee. The tea comes out perfect every time! The best part is I can make 6-8 cups with one or two tea bags! This makes the tea last a lot longer since my daughter and I both enjoy it. I've since discovered quite a few people use this method because there's no guesswork about the length of time to steep the tea. I've found that it works great with a wide variety of different kind of teas, including raspberry leaf tea, although I haven't tried it with loose leaf teas or chai (which requires milk if it's made the "correct" way). I know a lot of tea connoisseurs are aghast reading this and would never dream of making tea in a coffee pot, but I'm telling you it works very well for those of us who aren't picky and just want a nice hot cup of tea with little fuss. This raspberry leaf tea is amazing! I add a little bit of sugar to mine to sweeten it up, but it probably doesn't need it. I just have a sweet tooth. My only complaint is it sometimes makes my mouth feel fuzzy.

i drank this tea often in my second trimester and third trimester I drank it like everyday. I believe that exercising and drinking this tea actually made my labor really fast and easy. Only 5 hours in labor and I think only two push the little guy was out. I said i think only two push because I didnt push or anything I felt like my contraction and the baby did all the work for me. All I felt was the super strong contraction and the sharp pain when his head was sliding out. It was my first labor so doctor believe that itll be longer for me to have my baby. They checked me by 4 hours I was about to be 5 cms only so they said I still have a long way to go but within 30 mins super strong contraction came and water broke. His head was sliding out even when i was laying on my side. Husband called the nurse and I said my water broke. she came in all calm and said what do you feel like doing? I was like push. Thats the only thing that would pop in my head, because that was what my contraction were doing too and she just say oh no not yet and told me to slide a little down and spread my legs and once I did that. She panicked and called the doctor and say I need a doctor right now shes crowning. His head was out already by the time doctor walked in, of course the doctor took her time, walked in calmly and grabbed her gloves. She glances at my legs and panicked and caught my son without gloves on. It was so fast she didnt even get a chance to put gloves on. By the time all the nurses walked in they were surprise and were rushing to take off my shirt to do skin to skin. They said since the first one was so easy the second will be super easy. I really hope so, I really think it was the help from the tea and exercising. Thank you tea!!!! Thank goodness that I listen to my husband and went to the hospital. I could have had my baby at home and husband would have been my doctor or I had to do it. Cross fingers for the next one to be super easy. Glad I didnt have to work with the doctors with the pushing, yah my baby is independent and ready to come out whenever even without the doctor. Good luck for all the mothers to be and moms!! I wish for all your labor to be super easy especially with this tea.

I have PCOS and had a horrible scare with IUI a year and a half ago. We decided to stop trying to have a baby because the amount of money and synthetic hormones we were dumping into doctors each month and I didn't feel right putting all that into my body. I have finally felt like we could give it one last try before we say it's our fate to not have children. I was recommended a few products by a friend a couple years ago, (unfortunately I brushed her advice off because I was in the depression stages of being diagnosed with PCOS) I did however retain the information as to what particular concoction to use (I use Maca, Evening Primrose, Chasteberry, Organic Prenatals, and Raspberry Leaf Tea) I take everything with my morning breakfast and have been for a full 2 weeks now. I have not noticed too much of a change, generally my mood is quite a bit better and my libido right off the bat had boosted (Hubby found that the best part lol). I haven't had a period in over a year since we do not do the pills and injections anymore. I haven't missed it and I know that's one of the main factors in PCOS is irregular or non existent cycles. I am writing this review earlier that I planned because yesterday I started cramping and spotting and today came menses. I rarely write reviews so I did want to get on here and say that thanks to my friend years ago and my memory of what I needed to get I actually finally feel like I do have some hope to getting my hormones balanced out enough to possibly get pregnant. I have the worst habit of spending so much time reading review and when I see the ones that say "oh we got pregnant right away" I'm sitting there thinking yeah right. I am very skeptic of the miracle cure for infertility. I also know that with PCOS when one thing works for one couple, that it may not work with another couple. I am not sitting here saying that I believe we will get pregnant next month by any means. I do however feel that this concoction of pills and tea that I'm taking has definitely started something in my body to balance out my hormones. Please feel free to ask questions I will try to answer any I can. I will also update this review after a few months whether that be positive or negative. I was not paid to get "free or discounted products" and I myself skip over those reviews because I see most of them copy and paste the description of the product.

This tea is no joke. I took this at the start of my second trimester while pregnant.mi drank one cup a day to start off with. When I had reached my third trimester I began drinking two cups a day. When I was more than ready for my precious little baby girl to vacate the premises I drank four cups of this tea a day. Let me tell you, that is a lot of tea to drink! I am not a heavy tea drinker so I found it very hard to drink that many cups a day but I will let you in on a little secret that made it so much easier and more pleasant for me. In the morning, I boiled 4 cups of water in my tea kettle. In a large wide brim mason jar I put four bags of this tea in and then poured the 4 cups of boiling water over it. I let it steep until the water was lukewarm and then added a little bit of grape or apple juice to it. I would drink it friends there and put it in the refrigerator for an all day refreshing drink. Overtime it began to become one of my favorite drinks and I would really look forward to drinking it every day and I even added supplement powder's and other things to it. This really, I believe, helped to make my Labor contractions very strong and effective. Raspberry leaf tea is also said to help prevent hemorrhaging after giving birth. I had bad hemorrhaging with my previous pregnancy and wanted to do everything I could to prevent that this time around. I had absolutely no hemorrhaging at all and I personally believe that's due to this tea. Give it a try, what have you to lose? As a special warning though, wait until your second or third trimester to drink this because in some women it can make miscarriage occur in the first trimester do to early contractions.
