Half used 4.0 buffer, no screwdriver no instruction manual 9v battery doa hmmm not new at all! Not saying you can't trust anyone but the intent here says it all... Go to ebay and get the model previous to this one which also ac/dc for a great price and deal with folks on the up and up. Also it took me far too many 2 point calibrations to achieve match so unsure if it even works.open bottle of 4.0 buffer will oxidize/expire so a bit of a mystery I'll figure out at some point.
