We bought this 2 plus years ago for use in an industrial environment to replace our original unit that cost many times more. It is well-built and has worked well. Buying another one as a backup.

This item stopped working less than 9 months after purchase. Our "support" closed 7 months after purchase. Do NOT order this.

We have had one in use for over a year in our distribution center. We use this roughly 40 times per day and we have had no issues to report. you must read the instructions carefully to ensure you have the right tool for your strapping and that you have the tool set up properly for your strapping. Once you have that dialed in this works great.

the battery charger is dead, the power light doesn't come on, nor does it put out voltage.

Hasn't even lasted 2 months, won't buy again

Worked for about 2 weeks. Not intended for an industrial application. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Bander worked for about a week then stopped. I requested this item be returned, I was given a tracking number, but a return label was never dropped off. I can't get anyone to respond to my request to pick up the product or issue a refund.

This is very good product good strength , Speed, cutting and welding is the best part , product performance is excellent!
