It’s well balanced and strong, but is thin enough to scrape food and debris from the wok. Feels gentler on the wok surface than a steel spatula.

I was just frying eggs, but they started turning pink?! This is only the second time I’ve used this spatula.

I like this spatula. I was looking for the same one Sonny Anderson used on The Kitchen. I guess this is a close one to it. I oil all my wooden spoons and spatulas once a year to keep them in shape.
