Just got the product and the installation was straight forward. I didn't need the instruction but I did take a look at it afterwards. Kinda figured it out just by mocking things up.1 thing I wish this product could do was hold the hood more vertical. But overall it serves the purpose I wanted when I bought it. To keep my hood open without a hood prop rod.Will update in 3 months how they hold up.*4/24/23 updateProduct has been holding up the past 6 months. During the winter it was just as smooth opening and closing and holding up the hood. I definitely am glad I purchased it but still wish it opened the hood a little more.

I love this. This is an upgrade I use all the time. They are powerful and look great.

Product is good, high quality, should be an 19 mins easy install but two bolts in the package were wrong size, as soon as I contacted the seller they immediately sent me two more bolts in right size, good customer service

Easily installed on my 2004 Subaru WRX, though the provided instructions however are completely useless for an entirely successful install. Overall build quality is great and is a much more affordable option than branded hood struts such as ones offered by Grimspeed.

Works great but the mounting brackets feel generic and tacky, wished it had a specific mount that looked like it belonged there
