My favorite Olive Oil
I love cooking with great olive oil and this one does not disappoint. It elevates every dish. I absolutely love it on my salads. You can really taste a difference. This oil actually got me eating salad daily!!

Gorgeous Flavor
Probably the best olive oil I have used. Bought based on a recommendation from Samin Nosrat's SaltFatAcidHeat. Due to its expense, I only use in vinaigrettes and as a finisher. I will be so sad when it is gone!
