I am very sensitive to smells......is this hair spray scented???

Yes. Due to my skin sensitivity, my scalp itched as soon as I used one spray.

Has anyone had a problem with aerosol spray not working/spraying after about 1/4 of can used? Losing aerosol? thanks

The nozzle can get plugged up from dried product. Just run the nozzle under hot water for a moment and spray it into sink quickly.

Does this hairspray leave a white, flakey residue on the hair after it dries??

I usually spray on a light amount and then brush my flyaway ends/edges with an edge brush or a cheap toothbrush. If you spray to close to your head or aim at one spot for too long any hair spray is going to leave that white residue. I really love this product. It has a good hold with out being too stiff or shiny looking.
