My husband wants a clock with a soft tick. He finds is soothing. Does it tick or is it silent?

It is very very soft tick, you won’t hear it.

Where do you put the 3rd battery?

I see where 2 batteries go - where does the 3rd go? the hands will not move - pendulum swings, but no hand movement, Last clock was the opposite problem

The pendulum hits one side. it’s pulling more/swinging more to one side. clock is level. can’t see or access anything inside. how do i fix this?

If I were you I would send it back. Mine never worked . It kept time but the pendulum never swung at all. It is now in my garage and I bought a new clock for the living room.
