The product has 250 mg Choline and 250 mg Inositol the combination of both equals 500 mg of Choline/Inositol.

Q: Can the caps be pulled apart and contents mixed with a liquid? Does the choline have a bad taste?

I take both choline and inositol as a powder. The choline has a mildly sour taste, like lemons. The inositol has a more sweet taste. Neither is objectionable.
