Eight Classic Albums

I have a complete Fats collection, happily now all on CD!However you collect Imperial Fats , these original albums sound great and are beautifully balanced with 2-3 smash hits , b sides , and oddball but engaging Blues pre -ain't That a Shame .Fats is fats , then and now . But there is something magical about his 1949-1962 sessions .

I truly love this artist music. I understand he still tours from to time and I hope an opportunity will present itself to see him perform in person.My music collection is now complete for he filled the void of where has all the good music gone. His piano playing is off the charts as a matter offact a few of his tracks are just him playing the piano with this band as back up amazing.

The stereo isn't so hot on these, but you sure get a heck of a lot of music for the money. I like me some Fats!

Pretty much covers everything

I have several CD's of Fat's hits... it was great to add a few I don't have! Great value, too!!!

This box is awesome, it's almost everything Fats ever made for an incredible price. There are no booklet or inside notes, but the quality of the tracks is the same or even better than other compilations.

Those of us of a certain generation will always hold Fats in the highest esteem. A top class performer who had a huge influence on The Beatles, Stones, Animals, John Mayall etc. Its difficult to quantify the huge contribution he made to future generations of musicians ,not alone in the U.S. but also in the U.K. and around the world. This is fabulous value comprising 8 albums and a bonus EP (remember them) of hits. Buy this, go to your den or private place, bring a nice drink and enjoy. You will have a great nostalgic and artistic experience.

Worth buying just to get access to some of the earlier works by the Fat Man. I much prefer his earlier work compared to some of the later stuff that he did, but obviously that's down to taste. Recommended though.

Fats Domino is a giant in the Rock n roll world. This box set has all his hits and other tracks as well. A great collection from one of the Rock n Roll greats. Go and buy this masterpiece of music.
