Great thing to have in pantry when nothing sounds good for dinner!
So easy to make fast easy Thai dinner!! I recently got some pho broth on sale, so I’m going to use these to make pho! Pad Thai is an easy dish to make (throw chunky peanut butter in your pho!) So I’m going to try that too

Perfect glass noodles
Glass noodles as expected. No boiling, just add VERY hot to boiling water to a bowl of dry noodles, cover and wait 12-15 minutes, your noodles are ready to eat. Use in spring rolls, egg rolls or stir fry, as you would any other noodles. I love the texture of glass noodles, they are stretchy, a bit chewy and great because they're basically tasteless which lets you pair them with any flavor profile of your choosing. Great noodles and I'm glad I purchased (2) 10 packs. One pack feeds my partner and I with a bit left over....sometimes. These are inexpensive, about the same price as the Ramen noodle packs and a nice alternative.
